Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup (125 g) vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 (9 g) garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon (12 g) fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • To a medium bowl, add vegan mayo, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
    ½ cup vegan mayonnaise, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Whisk vigorously until fully combined and smooth.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature as a dip, sauce or spread. Enjoy!
