Ingredients

  • ½ cup (86 g) chia seeds
  • 2 cups (480 mL) oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together oat milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Add the chia seeds and mix well. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then mix it well once more to ensure the chia seeds don't clump or sink to the bottom.
½ cup chia seeds, 2 cups oat milk, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
  • Remove from the fridge, scoop into a bowl or mason jar, top with your favorite toppings and enjoy.

Notes

Chia pudding can be stored in an airtight container, in the refrigerator, for 5-7 days.
For a thicker, creamier pudding, use coconut milk.
